Use JanitorAI's own login route for account access. Do not enter JanitorAI credentials into third-party websites that mimic the platform.

The public login screen offers multiple sign-in methods including Google, Apple, X, Discord, and email with password.

If you already have an account, use the same sign-in method you used when the account was created. Mixed methods are a common cause of confusion when the email address looks familiar but the identity provider is different.

If you have never used JanitorAI before, go straight to the registration route rather than guessing inside the login screen. That removes one of the simplest sources of account friction.

Password recovery belongs on JanitorAI's own login flow. If the account uses a social sign-in method such as Google, Apple, Discord, or X, the relevant provider may control part of the recovery step.

Most login friction comes from the wrong sign-in method, an expired session, a cached browser issue, a temporary service slowdown, or confusion between app and browser sessions.

If the browser acts strangely, try a private window, clear the affected session, or test another device before assuming the account is gone.

This is one of the few topics where caution is more important than marketing language. Confirm the domain, confirm the browser address, and confirm the route before you type anything.
